Dalta Manufacturing (leic) Ltd is seeking a skilled Press brake operator/Sheet Metal Worker to join our small family-run team in Leicester. You will be responsible for producing accurate folded metal parts from drawings.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in sheet metal work, can read drawings, and is familiar with fabrication techniques and equipment. Welding experience is a plus but not essential, and attention to detail is important.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sheet metal work or similar role.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Press brake operator and sheet metal worker to produce accurate folded parts.
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure correct parts and specifications.
• Measure materials accurately and check against tolerances.
• Apply fabrication techniques safely and efficiently; welding is a plus but not required.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality, troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.
