Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd is seeking a Skilled Operative at the Blagdon site to support the safe, accurate and efficient movement of packaging, stock and finished product in a chilled food environment.

You’ll work in core areas such as Boxroom, Stores, Despatch and yard, Fridge and coldstore, and Production support, with training provided for the right candidate. A safety-first mindset and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Operate boxroom machines, pick daily box orders and conduct stock checks.
• Drive a reach truck in Stores, handle goods in and manage stock using handheld terminal.
• Despatch and yard duties including FLT driving, loading trailers and waste management.
• Fridge and coldstore tasks: wrap products and perform temperature checks.
• Production support: monitor quality, maintain hygiene and ensure on-time supply.
