Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is recruiting a hands-on Skilled Operative for our Blagdon facility to support safe, accurate and efficient movement of packaging, stock and finished product. You will work across multiple core areas, maintaining hygiene and stock integrity in a fast-paced cold-food environment.

The role requires reliability, good attendance and the ability to move between tasks as needed. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse or food production.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and shop floor systems.
• Safety-first mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Work to daily targets while upholding food safety and quality standards.
• Be trained to operate in core areas (boxroom, stores, despatch/yard, fridge/colddstore, production support).
• Support timely, accurate stock movement and downstream production requirements.
