Job summary

Ruler Tech currently seeks skilled operatives for an ongoing bridge repair project in Bicester. You will repair concrete and perform related bridge works as part of a professional team, including working from MEWPs at height.

Skilled Operatives Needed!

Experienced Concrete Repair Operatives wanted for an ongoing bridge repair project in Bicester.

THE ROLE

You will be working as part of a professional team carrying out concrete repair and associated bridge repair works, including working from MEWPs/IPAF equipment and at height.

We are specifically looking for operatives who have previous hands‑on experience with concrete repairs.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid IPAF certification


• Valid Harness Safety Training certification


• Proven hands‑on experience carrying out concrete repair work


• Experience working safely at height


• Good understanding of site safety and RAMS


• Reliability and a strong work ethic


• Ability to work as part of a team on a night shift

RATES

Competitive rates starting at £220/night.

Rates are open to negotiation for the right operatives, particularly those with strong concrete repair experience and the relevant tickets.

SHIFT & DURATION

Bicester (Just off the M40 in the Baynards Green Area)

Night shift - 7:30PM - 10hour shifts

Immediate start / ongoing work

Long-term work available through to Christmas
