Job summary

MGroup Transport is seeking a Skilled Civils Operative to join our Maintenance team, primarily supporting our Aviation client at Heathrow. The role targets experienced Ground workers aiming to progress, with opportunities to work on challenging civil works across airside and landside sites.

The position is based out of the Heathrow Office and may require night shifts. Candidates should have CSCS/CPCS/NPORS tickets, a full UK licence, and a minimum of 5 years’ traceable employment in civil works.

Qualifications

• General civil works experience including earthworks, drainage, ducting and concreting.
• Must list all certifications and tickets with application (CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, Dumper, Roller).
• Full UK driving licence (manual) and 5 years of traceable employment.

MGroup Transport are seeking a Skilled Civils Operative to join our Maintenance team. We are excited to present this new opportunity for talented General Groundworkers, Skilled Operatives and Qualified Plant Operators interested in joining our delivery team looking to be involved on a variety of challenging Engineering Projects

Primarily supporting our Aviation client in Hounslow – this role is suitable for experienced Ground workers looking to progress their career to the next level.

What will you be doing?

The Maintenance team provides technical services for a range of construction related disciplines, and activities, focused on delivering great service everyday supporting our clients’ primary assets to enable an extraordinary airport, fit for the future.

This role would be based out of our Heathrow Office and is suitable for existing Site managers or experienced Site agents looking to progress their career to the next level.

What you'll bring

• Aviation - Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works at Heathrow Airport.
• Due to the nature of our projects (Airside & Landside operations) you MUST be prepared to work nights when required.
• You should ideally have a strong work experience and background of general civil works including earthworks, drainage, ducting and concreting.
• Please be sure to list ALL your various Certifications & Tickets with your application such as CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, Dumper, Roller etc.
• Site experience.
• SMSTS or equivalent Site Management Training
• Holder of CSCS accreditation
• Full UK driving license (manual)
• 5yr Traceable employment
• Desirable:Experience working within engineering and aviation sector
• SSSTS or SMSTS or equivalent
