Job summary

Your Construction Recruitment is seeking 2 Skilled Labourers for a nursery school refurbishment project in Birmingham with an immediate start. The role involves strip-out work, flooring removal, and assisting trades on site. You must have refurbishment/site experience and your own PPE, and be ready to start right away.

We offer an immediate start, on-site parking, and potential ongoing work for the right candidate. This is a hands-on labour role requiring reliability and physical endurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rip out existing bathrooms and carry out lifting and removal of vinyl flooring.
• General strip-out works and moving materials around site.
• Assisting carpenters and other trades while maintaining a tidy site.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

• Assisting carpenters and other trades
• Moving materials around site
• General site labouring and keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
