Overview of role:

Working in the reactive repairs team delivering day-to-day repairs in social housing properties.

General Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general skilled labour including small-scale slabbing repairs and ceramic tile repairs in residential and communal areas.
• Comply with all manual handling regulations.
• Maintain tidiness of work area during and after jobs, including mobile site compounds.
• Receive, unload, and store materials on site.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Use own tools to carry out small repairs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
