Skilled Labourer

Role Overview:

Working in the reactive repairs team, delivering day-to-day repairs in social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing general skilled labour, including small-scale slabbing and ceramic tile repairs in residential and communal areas.
• Complying with all manual handling regulations.
• Maintaining a tidy work area during and after jobs, including mobile site compounds.
• Receiving, unloading, and storing materials on-site.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Using own tools for small repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to re-prioritize tasks as needed.
• Ability to remain productive under varying weather conditions.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Disclosure Check.
