Job summary

Site Operative Solutions Limited in Crawley seeks a Skilled Labourer to support construction tasks on site. Responsibilities include building shelves and boxes, assembling and building, and undertaking general labour duties with a focus on carpentry knowledge.

The ideal candidate has CSCS, own tools and PPE, good communication skills, and is happy to be paid via umbrella payroll (CIS not offered). Start date ASAP; 8–10 hour days, Monday to Friday, rates £18–£19 per hour.

Qualifications

• CSCS card, ownership of tools and PPE required.
• Good communication skills clearly demonstrated on site.
• First aid training desirable but not essential.
• Umbrella payroll only; CIS not offered.

Responsibilities

For this role, Skilled labourer would be undertaking the following duties:

• Building shelves / boxes
• Knowledge in carpentry / construction
• Carrying out other construction duties
• Happy to do labourer duties
• Assembling and building

All skilled labourer on this project must have:

• CSCS / Own tools / PPE
• Good communication skills
• First aid training (desirable, not essential)
• Must be happy to be umbrella payment NO CIS

Rates & Shift pattern:

£18/19 per hour (8-10 hours per day: Monday - Friday)
