Job Title: Site Labourer

Location: Crawley

Start Date: Second week of August - Monday 10th August, 2026

Pay Rate: £14.24/hr (PAYE) OR £16.55/hr (Umbrella PAYE)

Hours: 9 hours paid per day

Duration: 3-4 weeks

About the Role

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Labourers to join a busy construction project based in Crawley, starting the second week of August. You will play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly and assisting the management team and sub-contractors daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Moving materials out of plots and distributing them around the site
• Operating a wheelbarrow to transport materials and clear debris
• Assisting various sub-contractors on-site as required
• Maintaining general site tidiness
• Strictly following instructions and health & safety guidelines from the management team

Requirements

• A valid CSCS Card
• Ability to provide 2 recent work references
• Full PPE (Steel toe cap boots, high-vis, hard hat, gloves)
• Right to Work in the UK
