Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Site Labourer for a busy construction project in Crawley, starting mid-August. You will move materials, operate a wheelbarrow, and assist subcontractors daily to keep the site running smoothly.

The role includes following health and safety guidelines and maintaining site tidiness. Requirements include a valid CSCS Card, 2 recent work references, full PPE, and the Right to Work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide 2 recent work references
• Full PPE (Steel toe cap boots, high-vis, hard hat, gloves)
• Right to Work in the UK

Job description

Job Title: Site Labourer

Location: Crawley

Start Date: Second week of August - Monday 10th August, 2026

Pay Rate: £14.24/hr (PAYE) OR £16.55/hr (Umbrella PAYE)

Hours: 9 hours paid per day

Duration: 3-4 weeks

About the Role

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Labourers to join a busy construction project based in Crawley, starting the second week of August. You will play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly and assisting the management team and sub-contractors daily.
