Bradgate Bakery in Leicester is seeking a Skilled Hygiene Operative to keep the site clean, safe and compliant. You will work within the hygiene team, performing hands-on cleaning tasks and maintaining records to support food safety and audits.

The role emphasizes following clear routines, attention to detail, and a positive attitude with opportunities for training and growth within a well-established group.

• Safely dismantle and reassemble machinery for thorough cleaning.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly, follow hygiene rules at all times.
• Fill in cleaning sheets and records.
• Report any damage, spills, or safety issues.
• Help keep the site ready for checks and audits.

About The Role

Would you like to join us a an Skilled Hygiene Operative? You help keep the site clean, safe, and compliant. Your work supports food safety. You work exclusively within the hygiene team and do not operate production lines. This is a hands‑on role with clear, routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean factory areas, machines, and equipment, clean after production has finished

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly, follow hygiene rules at all times
