Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Wolverhampton is seeking an Inspector for Machined heat Exchangers and calibrated equipment in Machining. You will read engineering drawings, operate CMM, perform visual inspections, and book parts using SAP and Solumina.

Training will cover matrix manufacturing operations, heat transfer matrix build, and EH&S. Shift patterns include AM/PM/Nights. Candidates with manufacturing experience and a recognized engineering apprenticeship are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Recognized engineering apprenticeship (City & Guilds level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Willingness to work shifts AM/PM/Nights.

What You Will Do

The right applicant will be trained in all the necessary disciplines of all matrix manufacturing operations including heat transfer matrix build and EH&S. The applicant must be prepared to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) when required.

Required Security Clearance

This role may involve access to export‑controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications We Prefer
