Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Additional Requirements: Role includes Overtime / Nightshift and Standby Rota. Overtime paid at 1.3x hourly rate, increasing to 1.8x depending on hours worked

We are currently seeking a Skilled Civils Roadworker to join our team in XXX. This is a hands‑on role working across a variety of highways, drainage, and civil engineering projects. Standby Requirement

Applicants must be able to reach the XXX depot within 30 minutes when on standby rota.
