Job summary

Neville Special Projects Limited is seeking a Qualified Carpenter to join our Small Works & Frameworks division and work on projects up to £1,000,000 across frameworks and public sector contracts in the UK. This role requires first and second fix carpentry, refurbishment expertise, and strong teamwork.

You will be expected to meet CSCS requirements, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be ready for DBS/BPSS security vetting as required for regulated sites. Competitive benefits follow.

Qualifications

• Experience across all project types and general refurbishment works.
• Technically capable and commercially aware.
• CSCS card and relevant qualification evidence required (NVQ/HNC/HND or degree).
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Right to work in the UK and five years residency required.
• Willingness to undergo DBS/BPSS and other vetting as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix carpentry and joinery works to a high standard.
• Work safely and in line with site health and safety requirements.
• Liaise with Working Foreman/Site Manager on progress and materials.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and pride in the finished product.
• Work flexibly as part of a close-knit site team.
