Job summary

Carv group is seeking a mid-to-senior Graphic & Motion Designer for the ski season. This role involves creating dynamic visual content for various platforms, enhancing the brand identity, and working closely within a small team. You'll have the chance to ski and test the product throughout the winter while building a portfolio of work received by millions.

The position is based in London with flexibility to work from Innsbruck during the season. Compensation ranges from £35,000 to £50,000 based on experience, plus additional perks like lift passes and staff accommodation in the Alps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of graphic design and motion graphics experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3D/CGI experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of brand identity and design principles.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Real passion for skiing.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for the Carv app, ads, and social media.
• Design motion graphics for the YouTube channel.
• Develop and refine brand identity elements.
• Produce animated ski technique visualizations.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Content Lead.
