Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive engineer to join the support team. This role will focus on the Broadcom SiteMinder component (formerly CA SiteMinder) running on Linux, while also contributing to the broader support and stability of systems including Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, and potentially IBM WebSphere.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Broadcom SiteMinder infrastructure and related components.
• Build, integrate, and configure environments across Test, Production, and DR.
• Support test environments and manage release/configuration deployments.
• Automate release and configuration processes using tools such as GIT/STASH, NOLIO, Jenkins, and Groovy.
• Provide Level 3 production support, including incident and problem management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and IIS 7.x+ administration.
