Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Welfare Labourer for an ongoing, long-term project in Crawley, Kent. The role combines welfare maintenance and general site labouring with driving duties for local runs and supply collection.

Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card, a full UK driving licence, and be prepared for physically demanding work. PPE is required, and the position offers regular hours andPAYE/Umbrella/CIS pay options.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above) required.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site transit).
• Full PPE supplied: steel toe-cap boots, high-visibility vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves.
• Experience in welfare cleaning and general site labouring.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welfare Duties: Maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing site canteen facilities, washrooms, drying rooms, and site management offices.
• Consumables Stocking: Ensuring soap, toilet rolls, hand sanitizer, and cleaning stock are replenished.
• General Labouring: Assisting trades on site, clearing construction waste, sweeping access routes, and keeping skips tidy.
• Vehicle Duties: Using site or company vehicles for local material runs, collecting supplies, or moving light equipment between site compounds.
• Adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
