Job summary

Diversey, a Solenis company, in Northampton, is seeking a Site Support & Training Co-ordinator to back the leadership team, coordinate site training, and help maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

You will manage training records, arrange courses, support the EHSS admin, process POs through SAP, and assist with security, inductions, and health checks. This role suits an organized administrator seeking growth in Health & Safety and site operations.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with SAP or similar business systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site training requirements and maintain the training matrix.
• Arrange internal and external training courses and manage training records.
• Support the EHSS team with document control and compliance administration.
• Raise purchase orders, track expenditure, and manage payments through SAP.
• Assist with site security, visitor management, access control, and inductions.
• Coordinate occupational health appointments and employee medicals.
• Support the administration of the Management of Change process.
• Organise meeting rooms, catering, and general site administration.
• Provide day-to-day support to the leadership team and wider site.
