Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting two Traffic Marshals for a major infrastructure project at High Marnham, near Newark. The roles start Monday 2nd November 2026 for a minimum of 12 months, on a site run by a Tier 1 contractor.

Rate is £18 per hour CIS. Candidates should hold CPCS A73 or NPORS Traffic Marshal with CSCS, and have strong safety awareness and communication to safely direct vehicles on site.

Qualifications

• CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal certification or NPORS Traffic Marshal with CSCS logo on card.
• Previous experience in a Traffic Marshal or Gateman role preferred.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work safely around vehicles and plant.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control movement of vehicles and plant on site.
• Manage safe vehicle access and egress.
• Maintain safe pedestrian routes and working areas.
• Communicate with plant operators and site management.
• Follow site traffic management plans and health and safety procedures.
