Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a reliable Traffic Marshall / Gateman for a long-term commercial project in Morpeth, Northumberland. The role offers up to 1 year of continuous work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include managing site access, logging visitors and deliveries, and ensuring safe separation of pedestrians and vehicles on site. CPCS/NPORS with Vehicle Marshalling endorsement is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card with Vehicle Marshalling endorsement (essential).
• Previous experience as Traffic Marshall / Gateman on a commercial site.
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Managing site access and directing all incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic safely.
• Conducting gatekeeper duties, logging site visitors, deliveries, and vehicles.
• Ensuring pedestrians and vehicle traffic are kept safely separated on site.
• Assisting with general site security and maintaining clear access routes.
