Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Traffic Marshall/Gateman to join a busy Doncaster construction site, starting Wednesday 26/08/26. You will direct vehicles and plant safely around the site and help manage gate access. You must hold a CSCS card and Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman certificate, have the right to work, and provide references.

Previous experience and PPE are essential for site safety. You will work outdoors in all weather and follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required
• Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman certificate required
• Right to Work in the UK
• Previous Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Banksman experience
• References available on request
• PPE provided and required on site

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles and plant safely around the site
• Maintain gate access control and log all vehicles/visitors
• Guide delivery vehicles on/off-site safely
• Coordinate movement with site operatives and drivers
• Monitor traffic flow to prevent congestion and accidents
• Conduct basic security checks and prevent unauthorized access
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Keep gate and surrounding area clear of hazards
