Job summary

TSR Nottingham Ltd. is looking for a Traffic Marshall/Gateman to start ASAP on a busy construction site in the Market Rasen area. The role involves directing vehicles, logging access, and coordinating movements to ensure safe deliveries and smooth site operations.

Key requirements include a CSCS card, a Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman certificate, right to work in the UK, prior relevant experience, and references. PPE is required and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman Certificate is required.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman experience is required.
• References available on request.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be worn as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles and plant equipment safely around the site.
• Maintain site access control, logging in/out all vehicles and visitors.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are guided safely onto and off-site.
• Communicate with site operatives and drivers to coordinate movement.
• Monitor and manage traffic flow to prevent congestion and accidents.
• Conduct basic security checks and prevent unauthorized access.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep the gate and surrounding area clean and hazard-free.
