This role involves owning the online customer journey across categories like RTW, Bags, Shoes, and Jewelry, and managing a team of trading specialists.

Responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing innovative trading strategies using data and business insights.
2. Customer Experience: Optimizing the online browsing and purchasing process to increase conversion and revenue.
3. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilizing analytics tools to improve site engagement and performance.
