A leading facilities management company is seeking a Site Technician for Tudor Grange Dingle Lane Academy in Solihull. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, managing the BMS system, and addressing user requests. BAM FM is recruiting a Site Technician to join our team. The Site Technician will be based at Tudor Grange Dingle Lane Academy in Solihull. Working 40 weeks per year.
Working 37.5 Hours per week.
Shift times to be confirmed
Pay: £12.21 per Hour.

Making Possible
In conjunction with common roles the technician will be multi-skilled carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in line with BAM FM HR, H&S, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.
