We require an experienced Site Manager to manage a Disrepair Works project on a temp to perm basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a rolling programme of works.
2. Coordinate and manage work assigned to trade operatives and subcontractors.
3. Assist in planning and scheduling of installations and repairs.
4. Monitor and update progress and key milestones on management information software.
5. Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
6. Visit site as necessary, managing customer issues and trade operative/contractor performance.
7. Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders at all times.
8. Liaise with clients and attend contract performance meetings.
9. Have a detailed understanding of specifications and drawings.
10. Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities.
11. Maintain a high level of health and safety compliance along with environmental considerations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in either Disrepair Works or responsive repairs.
• SMSTS certification.
• Full clean driver’s license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
