WPS is seeking a Site Surveyor to join the Responsive team in South Derby. You will manage projects from initial survey through final account, delivering high-quality outcomes while building strong client and resident relationships.

This role involves regular travel across the contract area and collaboration with operational teams and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in planned maintenance or social housing, with experience in valuations, costs, and procurement.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years' experience in planned maintenance, refurbishment, or social housing and related fields.
• Experience managing subcontractors, valuations, procurement activities, and project costs.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance contracts, schedules of rates, and construction methodologies.
• Experience preparing valuations, financial reports, and final accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planned works projects from survey through to final account.
• Carry out property surveys and prepare specifications and scopes of work.
• Produce cost estimates, budgets, valuations, CVRs, and progress reports.
• Support procurement and pre-construction activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance, compliance, valuations, and payments.
• Monitor programme delivery, quality, health & safety, and contractual compliance.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, residents, and supply chain partners.
