Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a competent Site Supervisor for a small school refurbishment project. You will lead a small crew, maintain safety and quality, and report to senior management. The role may involve liaising with clients and consultants and updating site records.

Basic decorating duties could be expected on a small works contract. SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid at Work are required, along with strong communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS certification and First Aid at Work are required.
• Strong communication and H&S awareness are essential.
• Willingness to lead from the front and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of a small workforce on site.
• Ensure works are completed to quality standards and in a safe manner.
• Liaise with client, consultants and supply chain; update site diaries and records.
• Assist with basic decorating on the small works contract if required.
