About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Brett as Site Supervisor at our growing Ramsgate aggregate depot. This role will be responsible for the supervision and safe, efficient day to day running of the site that will include arranging shipping. You will be a valuable member of the team in moving Ramsgate forwards with development.

About Your Role

• Safe supervision of site operations, staff, contractors and shipping.
• Ensure site adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPI's and record sustainability.
• Safely operate mobile and static plant.
• Manage maintenance and service schedules including carrying out routine checks and tasks.
• Report all incidents, near misses and defects to your line manager.
• Keep the site tidy, clear of spillages to plant, maintain roads and stockpiles.
• Safely load lorries in a timely and professional manner.
• Work efficiently as part of a team and offer assistance when necessary.
• Weighbridge operations.

We're Looking For

• Good communication and people skills.
• Able to supervise, motivate and demonstrate good leadership skills.
• Good understanding of fixed and mobile plant.
• Ideally hold or be working towards a mobile plant NVQ or above.
• Flexible.
• Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
• Experience of operating front end loading shovel is essential.
• Able to work to and follow company policies, procedures and KPI's.
• Able to schedule in and arrange shipping for materials to be delivered.
