Construction Mechanical Site Supervisor

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Mechanical Site Supervisor based at Burham WSW, Kent.

You will report directly to the M & E Manager/Lead Site Supervisor. Your role will supervise and control all mechanical site activities efficiently, according to the specifications and within the contract time, without risking health and safety, and providing a quality end product. Ensure a quality installation with all ITPs completed as work progresses.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, supply chain partners, and visitors;
2. Ensure all relevant HS&E documents are correctly recorded and reviewed upon receipt, and are the latest versions;
3. Check that all relevant documents adequately describe the work to be carried out;
4. Review and comment on Method Statements and Work Instructions as required by the Project Execution Plan;
5. Supervise work to ensure it is carried out in accordance with Method Statements and Work Instructions;
6. Record the progress of works on record drawings or other suitable means when required;
7. Record all non-conformance and improvement opportunities and agree on actions with the person in charge of the works.
