Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking two experienced Site Supervisors to join a major infrastructure project in Kent. The roles start immediately on a 4‑month contract, paying 330 per day CIS, with a Gold CSCS card essential.

You will supervise site activities, coordinate workforce, ensure works run to programme, and monitor health, safety and RAMS. You will also support woodland relocation alongside a specialist ecological contractor, reporting progress to the project team.

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS card is essential.
• Experience as Site Supervisor on construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Experience supervising contractors and site activities.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in infrastructure, highways, civil engineering or environmental works advantageous.

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Site Supervisors to work on a major infrastructure project in Kent.

The successful candidates will support a specialist ecological contractor with the relocation of a woodland, helping to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme and site requirements.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the works, coordinating site activities and ensuring a safe and well-organised working environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising site activities and workforce on a major infrastructure project
• Supporting the ecological contractor during woodland relocation works
• Coordinating daily activities and ensuring works are completed to programme
• Monitoring health, safety and environmental requirements
• Liaising with site management, contractors and other project personnel

Requirements

• Gold CSCS card - essential
• Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor on construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
• Experience supervising contractors and site activities
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a busy major-project environment
• Previous infrastructure, highways, civil engineering or environmental works experience would be advantageous
