Lanes Group is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team of HGV Tanker Drivers at the Millbrook depot in Southampton, coordinating Tankering and treatment operations across the Southampton region in line with the Waste Contract.
The role focuses on safety, on-site management, client updates, and ensuring efficient work delivery. The position is full time with a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern (06:00-18:00) and a 40.25 hour week.

The Logistics Management Centre (LMC) provides wastewater tankering and treatment services across the Thames region, giving critical support to planned, routine, and resilience operations across the Thames Water network. The Tankering Division provides tanker transport of wastewater around the network to ensure it continues to operate. The Treatment Division supports the cleaning and treatment of wastewater infrastructure.
We are looking for Supervisors to lead the team of HGV Tanker Drivers to work across the Southampton Region. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently in line the Waste Contract. The work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions.
