Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong site supervision and team leadership skills with trade coordination experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent health and safety awareness with site inspections and risk assessments.
• Effective communication with clients, workers, and management.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities for materials and documentation.
• Experience as Site Supervisor or similar construction role; SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS desirable.
• Knowledge of UK employment and health and safety legislation; compliant operations.
