Qualifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• Supervisor Gold CSCS Card.
• First Aid.
• Temporary works supervisor.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• PASMA - Desirable.
• IPAF (MEWP) - Desirable.
• Confined Spaces - Desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline - Desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site civil engineering activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Enforce health and safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure environmental permits and sustainable practices on site.
• Maintain quality records and ensure works follow method statements and QA plans.
• Liaise with Project Manager, client representatives, and subcontractors to maintain on-site operations.
