Job summary

The Olympus Academy Trust - Abbeywood Community School is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our premises team. The role covers Lettings and Facilities, overseeing site security, Health and Safety, and light compliance tasks to ensure the smooth running of after-hours operations.

The post is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 14:00–22:00 (one day a week start later, agreed in advance). It is a permanent contract with benefits including a Pension Scheme, annual pay progression and flexible

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities/estates roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of site security, health & safety and light compliance tasks is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Lettings and evening Facilities work to ensure smooth operation.

The Site Supervisor is a hybrid role working across the Lettings Team and Facilities Team. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, School Leadership Team and Head of Estates & Facilities, the Site Supervisor will ensure the smooth running of the Lettings team and evening facilities work including a range of duties including site security, Health and Safety and light compliance tasks.
