We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our highly regarded repairs and maintenance team in Essex. This role is based on our Redbridge LIFT contract.
Please note this role is open to internal applicants only at this stage.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be split between hands-on work and supervising the site. Your responsibilities include carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance, monitoring Helpdesk calls, assisting with subcontractor inductions, issuing permits to work, ensuring safety compliance, undertaking workmanship checks, and assisting with health & safety audits and managing stock of spares and consumables.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a multi-skilled or trade role, possibly gained working for the NHS or a maintenance contractor providing services within the NHS. Experience maintaining other commercial properties such as schools, prisons, or supermarkets will also be considered.
A full UK driving license is required as a company van is provided.
