Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a long-term contract role. The position is on-site in South Wales working on a large-scale substation project. Candidates must have relevant qualifications and extensive experience in similar roles. The role offers a competitive CIS day rate ranging from £375-£475, making it an attractive opportunity for skilled supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have NSI 8 Full, SSSTS or SMSTS, and HS G47 2 Day qualifications.
• Obtain Full First Aid training.
• Lift Supervisor or Slinger/Signaller qualified.
• Extensive experience in this role, preferably on substation projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist PCSM overseeing and subcontractors undertaking piling, bund construction.
• Maintain HS&E documentation, ensuring all versions are current.
• Support clients by meeting KPIs and carry out additional duties as required.

Job description

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading infrastructure company in a long-term contract role. You will be required to work full time on site in South Wales, working on a large-scale substation project.

Competitive CIS day rate ranging from £375-£475 (depending on experience).

Full time on site working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist PCSM overseeing and subcontractors undertaking piling, SGT bund construction, below ground earthing & LV ducting installations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HS&E documentation, ensuring all versions are current and properly reviewed.
• Support clients by meeting or exceeding KPIs, and carry out any additional duties as required by management.

What we are looking for:

• Must have NSI 8 Full, SSSTS or SMSTS, and HS G47 2 Day qualifications.
• Obtain Full First Aid training.
