ICTS UK Ltd in Swindon is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure security and safety at a prestigious client site. You will manage shift operations, supervise officers, and maintain high standards on site.

The role requires DV clearance (or eligibility), a full UK driving licence, and an SIA licence with CCTV qualification. You will report incidents, coordinate with the Site Security Manager, and lead a small team.

Qualifications

• Willingness and eligibility to obtain DV clearance and UK residency
• Pass a CRC to required standards
• Ability to prove eligibility to work in the UK
• Excellent command of English – both oral and written
• SIA licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding and a CCTV Licence
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Experience in supervising

Responsabilités

• Oversee security operations on shift including patrols and CCTV
• Coordinate with the CGF Site Security Manager for day‑to‑day operations
• Report and respond to all security incidents and emergencies
• Attend and manage security-related incidents, including fire evacuation and conflict management
• Assist investigations and issue reports of non-conformities or letters of concern
• Maintain comprehensive incident reports and daily activity logs
• Escalate incidents to ICTS management
• Ensure standing orders and risk assessments are understood and signed
• Recommend changes to standing orders to the CGF Site Manager
• Ensure security documentation is completed correctly
• Brief the CGF Site Manager on daily site activities
• Keep security areas clean and tidy
• Report loss/damage of security equipment
• Mentor and train new team members and delegate effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct within the team

About the Role

Within this active supervisory role, you will be required to ensure the security and safety of a prestigious client site.

Duties

• Overall responsibility for the security operations on shift (SIA checks, uniform and appearance of the officers, team briefing, handover, patrols including CCTV, checks, reporting any equipment faults)
• Liaise with the CGF Site Security Manager for day-to-day operations.
• To report and respond to all security incidents and emergency situations.
• Attend and manage all security-related incidents, including fire evacuation and conflict management, including physical intervention.
• Assist the CGF Site Manager in carrying out investigations and issuing reports of non-conformities or letters of concern when required.
• Responsible for comprehensive report writing in relation to incidents; all daily activities are logged.
• Escalate incidents to ICTS management
• Ensure standing orders as well as Risk Assessments are read, understood, and signed.
• Recommend to the CGF Site Manager any changes needed to standing orders.
• Ensure all security documentation is filled in correctly.
• Ensure the CGF Site Manager is briefed on site activities daily.
• Ensure all security areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Report loss/damage of security equipment
• Able to coach, train and mentor a new team member. Be able to delegate to and empower the team to achieve desired results.
• Able to maintain confidentiality, stay professional and avoid favouritism within the team.

Person Specification

• Willingness and eligibility to obtain and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, including a minimum of 10 years’ UK residency
• To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards
• Document to prove eligibility to work within the UK if applicable
• Excellent command of English – both oral and written
• SIA licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding and a CCTV Licence
• Full, clean manual UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Experience in supervising
