Job summary

Synergy Personnel Ltd in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Demolition to lead on a 12-week project from mobilisation to completion.

You will manage on-site safety, labour and progress, ensuring works are delivered to programme and to high standards. CSCS Gold Card, SSSTS and First Aid are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within demolition.
• CSCS Gold Card or above.
• SSSTS & First Aid.
• Essential demolition experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety.
• Ability to manage labour and site operations.
• Confident running a project independently from mobilisation through to completion.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
