Job Description:

PE Global is recruiting a Site Supervisor for our renewable energy client based in the UK.

This is a 12 months contract role, fully on site in Middlesbrough.

Inside of IR35

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external resources and equipment technical specialists during on-site installation/construction activities related to the assigned discipline to ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Manage all on-site activities related to the assigned discipline from receipt of site area from the customer or Project Manager to handover, ensuring successful start-up, installation/construction, erection, testing, and commissioning in line with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Act as a project representative by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and other local organizations.
• Control project costs, monitor actual spend against forecasts, and estimate final costs.
• Ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, with guidance, motivation, and development of team members within HR policies.

Education and Experience:

• Several years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Experience with Site Management, Health & Safety (OHS), Environment, Quality Assurance & Control, Installation Works, and basic knowledge of Commissioning and Civil Works.
