Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd in Mold is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a busy construction project. The role requires Civils, Groundworks and Quarry experience, plus a CPCS/NPORS CSCS credential, SSSTS, and a valid Safety Critical Medical.

You will lead and manage site operatives, enforce safety protocols, and ensure on-site procedures are followed to meet project goals. We are looking for candidates with proven supervision skills and a strong focus on site safety and efficiency to drive

Qualifications

• SSSTS certification.
• Valid Safety Critical Medical.

Approach Personnel - Site Supervisor

Location: Mold

Start Date: 7th September 2026

Duration: Ongoing

• Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-7:00pm
• Friday: 6:30am-4:30pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Mold. Experience on Civils, Groundworks and Quarry's desired.

Requirements

• CPCS Supervisor card or NPORS with CSCS hologram
• SSSTS
• Valid Safety Critical Medical
• Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor
• Good understanding of site safety and procedures
• Ability to lead and manage site operatives effectively

PPE Requirements

Full PPE is mandatory on site. Candidates must arrive with:

• Plain/non-branded orange high-vis clothing
• High-vis trousers and jacket
• Safety helmet
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
• Safety boots to EN ISO 20345 S3 standard with toe and midsole protection and ankle support

Rigger boots are not permitted.
