About the role
Balfour Beatty's Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) team is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor - Cabling to join us on our flagship EGL2 Project in Hull.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for supervising site operatives, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and supported to deliver high-quality cable installation work safely, competently, and on schedule. You will play a key role in deploying the correct types and quantities of plant and equipment, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Ensure all operatives are trained and competent to carry out cabling works safely and efficiently.
Oversee the deployment and use of appropriate plant and equipment.
Work closely with Site Engineers and the Site Manager to ensure the project is delivered according to programme.
Actively participate in project planning and problem-solving to resolve any delivery issues as they arise.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
