Job summary

All Hallows Catholic High School in Preston is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to support the smooth running of the school. You will oversee site security, supervise contractors and carry out porterage, basic maintenance and cleaning tasks for in-house staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness across the site.

Salary: Grade 4 – Point 4-6: £26016 – £26847

The Governors wish to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to support the smooth running of the school. Duties include site security and supervision, managing contractors, and carrying out caretaking tasks such as porterage, basic maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring the work of in-house cleaning staff.

Although weekly hours are specified above, a level of flexibility for additional hours will be required to support the needs of the school during events and key periods across the academic year.

As part of our due diligence, the successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. In accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026, an online search will be carried out, and references will be sought for shortlisted candidates prior to interview.
