Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support a large-scale ground-mounted Solar PV project in Milton Keynes on a 12-month minimum contract.

The role focuses on supervising subcontractors, overseeing installation works, maintaining HSQE and CDM compliance, delivering toolbox talks, and ensuring quality and progress reporting to the Project Manager. SMSTS and First Aid certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' site supervision experience.
• Ground-mounted Solar PV experience - essential.
• Experience on large-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
• Strong subcontractor management experience.
• Good understanding of HSQE and UK construction regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS and First Aid certifications are essential.

Responsibilities
