Lusona Consultancy seeks a motivated Site Supervisor to join our construction team. You will oversee specialist installation works across projects, ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role involves supervising day‑to‑day site activities, coordinating labour and materials, interpreting drawings, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and helping with inspections and project handovers. A UK driving license and willingness to travel are required.

Formación

• SMSTS certification and a valid Black or Gold CSCS card.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and identify issues.
• Confident communicating with clients, contractors and site teams.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to projects UK-wide.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising day‑to‑day site activities and installation teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring installation quality and ensuring work meets required specifications and standards.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards and ensuring site procedures are followed.
• Liaising with clients, main contractors and subcontractors to coordinate works and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Coordinating labour, materials, deliveries and site access to keep projects on programme.
• Monitoring progress, maintaining site records and reporting issues, delays or defects.
• Assisting with inspections, snagging, remedial works and project handovers.

The Role

Working across a range of projects, you will oversee specialist installation works, ensuring high standards of health and safety, installation quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising day‑to‑day site activities and installation teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring installation quality and ensuring work meets the required specifications and standards.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards and ensuring site procedures are followed.
• Liaising with clients, main contractors and subcontractors to coordinate works and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Coordinating labour, materials, deliveries and site access to keep projects on programme.
• Monitoring progress, maintaining site records and reporting any issues, delays or defects.
• Assisting with inspections, snagging, remedial works and project handovers.

About You

• Experience supervising construction site activities, ideally within façade, windows, doors, walling or external building systems.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety, quality assurance and construction procedures.
• SMSTS certification and a valid Black or Gold CSCS card.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and recognise quality or installation issues.
• Confident communicating with clients, contractors and site teams.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to develop within the business.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to projects across the UK.
