Job summary

NetworkPlus is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead local operational teams delivering day-to-day repair and maintenance of the water network. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and that work meets client expectations while driving a right-first-time culture and supporting developers and Severn Trent Water.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, safety compliance, and effective coordination with stakeholders to uphold service standards and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operational teams on utilities or water sector projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for local operational teams who deliver the day to day aspects of Repair and Maintenance of the water network

You will supervise the teams - ensuring that the work is delivered safely on time, within budget and to our client’s expectations.

In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is critical to our work. You will ensure that work is carried out in a manner, which builds the confidence of developers and adopts a 'right first time' approach.

Satisfaction of developers is measured through a new regulatory measure called C-MeX. You will work closely with Severn Trent Water.
