Job summary

Flogas is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day yard operations, manage stock levels, and support office admin tasks, ensuring smooth, safe operations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will supervise the yard team, control access on a rota basis, and promote a strong safety culture in line with our Safety Management System.

How you’ll power our business as a Site Supervisor

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day yard operations, maintain accurate stock levels, and support essential office admin tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supervising the yard team, managing site access on a rota basis, and driving a strong safety culture in line with our Safety Management System. With responsibilities ranging from data input in Maximo to supporting vehicle loading and acting as an emergency controller, this is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. Here’s what you’ll be doing

Effectively supervise the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements.

Support safe management in accordance with the Safety Management System to meet compliance and drive a safety culture.

Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures relating to stocks and financial controls within the operating system (CODAS).

Daily use and data inputting within Maximo

Comply with Flogas operating procedures and work instructions.

Supervise and direct Yard Hands.

What we’ll need from you

Hold a full driving licence.

Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours.

Ability to work in a team or on own initiative.

Professional and positive attitude.

Must be committed to providing excellent customer service.

Honest and trustworthy.

Must have a computer literate.

Must have a positive attitude towards safety.
