Are you looking for a role as a Site Supervisor in West Sussex & Hampshire?

Do you have a background in construction, ideally heritage and domestic projects?

Role - Site Supervisor

Location - Arundel and surrounding areas

Salary - £45k - £65k

I am looking for a Site manager for a client in West Sussex & Hampshire, ideally you'll have experience working on projects valued £20k up to a max of £15m for Refurb and extension projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all works are undertaken with consideration to the needs of the local population
• Manage, supervise and mentor the site team
• Cover various projects and drive the team forwards
• Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
• Ensure that the project is properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve safe, profitable and timely delivery
• Prepare monthly progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities
• Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements
• Manage materials and supply, including where necesarry obtaining this yourself

Key Attributes:

• Having a strong background of working within the build industry (General Builder, Foreman or Assistant Site Manager)
• CSCS site manager qualified
• First Aid
• SMSTS or SSSTS Ideally
• Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
• Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality
• Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
