Are you looking for a role as a Site Supervisor in West Sussex and Hampshire?

Do you have a background in construction, ideally heritage and domestic projects?

Role: Site Supervisor

Location: Arundel and surrounding areas

Salary: GBP45k - GBP65k

I am seeking a Site Manager for a client in West Sussex and Hampshire. Ideally, you'll have experience working on projects valued from GBP20k up to GBP15m, including refurbishment and extension projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all works consider the needs of the local population
• Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team
• Oversee various projects and drive the team forward
• Adopt, maintain, and promote cost-conscious management
• Prepare, review, brief, and update method statements and risk assessments
• Ensure proper planning, programming, and resourcing of projects for safe, profitable, and timely delivery
• Prepare monthly progress reports and ensure all site activities have the necessary method statements, risk assessments, and approvals
• Comply with all contractual requirements
• Manage materials and supplies, including procurement if necessary

Key Attributes

• Strong background in the building industry (General Builder, Foreman, or Assistant Site Manager)
• CSCS Site Manager qualification
• First Aid certification
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (ideally)
• Valid Full UK Driving License
• Experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Confidence working in a team and taking on increased responsibilities
