Job summary

McLaren Group is seeking a Site SQD Engineer for Composites & Fixings in the Woking area to join Supplier Quality Assurance. You will oversee supplier quality, perform audits, and drive corrective actions to ensure material and process compliance.

In this role you will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams across engineering and manufacturing, maintain quality documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and supplier quality
• Knowledge of composites and fixing components in automotive/manufacturing
• Strong communication and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
